Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and executive teams
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through continuous monitoring
- Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables exceed client expectations
- Generate comprehensive status reports for leadership and client communications
- Mentor junior project team members through best practices training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Proven track record managing software development or infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana for workflow management
- Strong analytical skills for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities with C-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and contingency planning
- Experience with remote team coordination across multiple time zones
