Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
- Facilitate workshops and create comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) considered a significant advantage
