Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed data models and process documentation using Visio/SAP
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to recommend strategic enhancements
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Conduct UAT and validation testing for new system implementations
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Certification
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
