Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis processes including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution validation
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to bridge business needs with technical solutions
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Create and maintain comprehensive BRDs, UML diagrams, and technical specifications
- Partner with product teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for business processes
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in business analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CBA) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
