Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Track KPIs and measure the impact of implemented solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven recommendations
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries strongly preferred
