Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-15 hourly associates through performance coaching
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift teams and corporate leadership
- Monitor KPIs and generate real-time performance reports for senior management
- Manage inventory reconciliation and warehouse security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/operations leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing overnight shifts or 24/7 operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification and extensive knowledge of safety compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
