Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise 15+ night shift staff across warehouse, inventory, and distribution teams
- Optimize operational workflows to meet productivity targets and quality standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight hours
- Coordinate with day shift management for smooth operational handovers
- Resolve escalated operational issues and maintain service level agreements
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff training programs
- Monitor inventory systems and reconcile daily discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in night shift supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and logistics software
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics reporting
- Valid Michigan driver's license
