Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with corporate security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain night shift schedules while managing staffing resources
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight client and stakeholder communications
- Generate comprehensive performance reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate operations or logistics leadership
- Proven track record managing overnight/shift-based teams (3+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and operational management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead remote teams effectively
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
