Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly operational activities including inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality control
- Lead cross-functional teams during overnight shifts to resolve operational challenges and maintain production targets
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports for executive leadership
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate emergency response procedures during off-hours
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate operations or manufacturing environments
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based or 24/7 operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
