Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations during overnight hours, ensuring 99.9% on-time delivery performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance
- Monitor real-time inventory systems and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively
- Generate nightly performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Train and mentor new night shift associates on operational protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, TSA, and corporate security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate operations or logistics
- Proven track record managing overnight shifts or high-volume workflows
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
