Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate 15+ night shift team members to achieve daily operational targets
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless handover and communication
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and safety metrics
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and emergency response procedures
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and corporate safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in night shift supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
