Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night shift warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates, ensuring performance standards are met
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance during overnight operations
- Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless operational handovers
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience, preferably in night shift operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
