Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments during night shift operations
- Coordinate resources across development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless execution
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with nightly sprint planning and retrospectives
- Monitor project KPIs using JIRA and Confluence, providing nightly status updates to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through nightly risk assessment protocols
- Facilitate nightly stand-ups and cross-functional alignment meetings
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/tech with 2+ years in night shift roles
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with nightly sprint experience
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in 24/7 environments
- Exceptional risk management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-peak hours
