Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for enterprise technology deployments
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and timely deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies for 24/7 operational environments
- Implement Agile methodologies and PMO standards to drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through daily handoffs and comprehensive reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or 24/7 operations
- Active PMP or PRINCE2 certification with proven Agile/Scrum expertise
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project with experience in enterprise toolsets
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success in matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decisions
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K with ROI focus
