Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and user stories.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management regarding KPIs and milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
