The Role
As our Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Your expertise in data analysis and stakeholder management will be crucial in guiding product development and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment across teams.
- Create process maps, use cases, and wireframes to visualize system functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
