Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and workflow continuity.
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries and support tickets with a focus on resolution.
- Analyze operational data and prepare weekly performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with team members and departments to resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality assurance.
- Conduct routine audits of operational logs and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate operations, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
