Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all weekend logistics operations, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse and operations staff to maximize productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a corporate environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
