Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Execution: Direct and coordinate the planning, execution, and closing of weekend projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse staff, and client representatives, ensuring clear communication of expectations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and operational risks during the weekend shift, implementing contingency plans to minimize downtime.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports for leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team schedules and resources to maximize efficiency during high-volume weekend periods.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all weekend operations adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or logistics, with a proven track record of leading weekend or shift-based teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
