Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for product enhancements
- Create interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives
- Document workflows using Visio and Lucidchart
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in process mapping and requirements elicitation
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field
