Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new projects
- Create detailed data models and visualizations to support decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Support system implementations and ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and data modeling principles
