- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications

- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flows, user stories, and documentation for development teams
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using compelling visualizations
- Maintain project artifacts in JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or healthcare
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with sprint planning
- Strong background in requirements gathering and process modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Experience with data visualization tools and wireframing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
