Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support project implementations by defining success metrics and tracking progress
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and project artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or consulting environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently and deliver results on tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
