Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements using user stories and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope
- Create data visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to leadership
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a business representative
- Maintain and analyze KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile environments
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
