Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a manner that is easily understandable.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases of software development, ensuring deliverables meet business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in business analysis and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
