Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling
- Document requirements, specifications, and workflows using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Validate test cases and support UAT for system implementations
- Create process documentation and training materials for end-users
- Monitor project progress and provide status reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with contract/freelance background
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience documenting requirements using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
