Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps (BPMN), and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units to ensure project success.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain clear reports and dashboards to track KPIs and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a part-time capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
