Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time remote flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred
