Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document requirements, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics
- Support agile sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Validate data integrity and recommend system enhancements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
