Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear specifications for development teams
- Analyze operational data using SQL/Excel to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Create process flows, user stories, and technical documentation for system implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a business subject matter expert
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with focus on process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering methodologies (JAD, user stories)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in cross-functional environments
