Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Create process flows, user stories, and technical documentation for IT solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
