Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies while adapting methodologies to project-specific requirements
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and QA specialists
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/software development
- PMP, CSM, or PR certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M
