Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and business requirements
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
