Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications
- Create detailed process flows and data models using SQL/Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state operations
- Prepare comprehensive business case documentation
- Support UAT testing and implementation validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
