Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests with mitigation plans
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, executives, and clients
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards using Agile methodologies
- Coach and mentor junior project team members
- Generate comprehensive project reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with at least 3 in tech/finance
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies
- Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members
