Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document user needs
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements
- Create process flows and documentation for IT implementation teams
- Track KPIs and provide monthly performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
