Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with process modeling (BPMN) and requirements gathering
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries preferred
