- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align on project goals
- Develop data-driven insights through SQL queries and data visualization tools
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, wireframes, and test cases
- Collaborate with developers to ensure solution feasibility and quality delivery
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with documented deliverables
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
