Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain process documentation, data models, and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with key stakeholders
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business outcomes
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear data-backed insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful process optimization projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
