Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements and create detailed process flows and user stories
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts to business teams
- Validate solutions through testing and UAT protocols
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a dedicated BA resource
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in IT or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Local Colorado Springs residency required for occasional on-site meetings
