- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future state requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
