Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate solutions and ensure alignment
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to uncover trends and insights
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
