Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed data models, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Document workflows, create process diagrams, and maintain comprehensive requirement artifacts
- Present insights through executive-level reports and stakeholder presentations
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the business liaison
- Conduct UAT and validate solution effectiveness against business objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries highly valued
