Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to document business processes
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or financial services industries a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
