Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data modeling and visualization techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirement matrices
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate actionable insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and align business objectives with technical solutions
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure project deliverables meet business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record in process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile environments
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
