We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to transform complex data into actionable insights for our Fortune 500 clients. This hybrid role (20-25 hrs/week) offers flexible scheduling while working on high-impact projects across finance, healthcare, and retail sectors. Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and pain points
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop detailed process flows and data models to optimize business operations
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and technical specifications
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a corporate or consulting environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions/pivot tables), and data visualization
- Strong experience with requirement gathering techniques (JAD, workshops, interviews)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA deliverables required
