Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Document functional specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather insights
- Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance protocols
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN) and requirement documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
