Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications through status reports and presentations
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality deliverables
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for resource optimization
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for task tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with software development or SaaS projects
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience in remote team coordination and stakeholder management
