Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for SaaS development initiatives
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and design teams to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement risk mitigation protocols
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through sprint reviews and status reports
- Optimize workflows using Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Mentor junior team members in project management best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering cloud infrastructure projects
- Expertise in budget management (>$2M projects)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Suite and Atlassian tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
