Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder needs to define requirements for new initiatives
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on project objectives
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership review
- Support UAT testing and ensure solution meets business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with focus on requirements gathering
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio showcasing 2+ successful BA projects with measurable outcomes
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Availability for 20 hours/week during business hours (9AM-5PM CST)
